*Upon booking, you agree that your access to and use of the Inn is subject to the full Terms & Conditions of the Inn.*
*All cancelations will be subject to a $25 cancelation fee. . Cancellations made within 48 hours of date of arrival will be charged a full nights room fee.
*No shows and cancellations after check-in will be subject to a 100% reservation fee.
Payment is accepted by Credit/Debit Card. A valid Credit Card must be provided to secure your reservation.
*We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards*
Acceptable Guest Conduct
*Large gatherings which may disturb other guests are not allowed in the accommodation. You may be given immediate notice to leave without refund should there be any unsuitable or rowdy behavior causing disturbances to other guests.
*Noise must be kept to a minimum from 10pm-8am.
*Smoking is not permitted inside of our guest rooms. Evidence of smoking will incur a $200.00 cleaning charge to your Credit Card.
Fees Chargable to Guests Account Include, And Are Not Limited To :
- Smoking in room – $200.00 cleaning fee applies
- Lost or stolen keys – $25.00 fee – Attempts will be made to contact the guest who will be given the opportunity to return keys taken. Failure to do so will result in a charge.
- Room depredations – A $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged, plus any professional fees at cost, plus a daily room tariff to be the daily tariff that would be charged if the room was available for rent in accordance with business demand on the day until the room has been returned to its salable condition.
- Cost of repair or replacement for general damage or theft of Inn property.
Check-in time is 3:00pm-8pm.
We make every effort to accommodate early & late arrivals. Please contact front desk at 231-709-3590 to make arrangements. Check-Out time is 11:00am. Request for a late check-out may be arranged depending on occupancy.
